● Eligible candidates must be members of or have an association with Cornerstone Community Church of Los Angeles
● Application must be typed or handwritten (blue or black ink only)
● Submit high school or college transcripts
● Submit acceptance letter to an accredited college or university
● Attach two (2) letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation are accepted from teachers, guidance counselors, principals, employers and/or community service representatives. Letters of recommendation cannot come from family members. Letters of recommendations should be on letterhead and typed.

The Scholarship is funded by various individuals and organizations for the purpose of financially supporting educational needs of graduating high school seniors pursuing their education to a college, university, or vocational school in the year 2024.
At Cornerstone Community Church, we celebrate and promote education that engages, enriches, and inspires our young people to develop knowledge and skills for life-long financial competence. Investing in our future leaders through our scholarship program is one small way we give back to our communities. scholarships are awarded to graduating high school seniors who exhibit academic achievement, leadership skills, and commitment to community.
These high school seniors must be currently associated with Cornerstone Community Church by participating in Sunday School in person or by Zoom, Vacation Bible School and/or attends Cornerstone Community Church services.
High School Seniors are disqualified from receiving the scholarship funds for the following reasons:
1. No longer pursuing college education (vocational, college or university)
2. The candidate has submitted fraudulent information.
