OUTREACH

Outreach is our church’s effort to spread the gospel outside the church walls to help and to give hope to all.    

And with God’s help, both members and non-members, help, donate, volunteer their time and resources to make a difference.

Therefore, over these past years here are some of the things The LORD has helped us to be committed to.

A Thursday Evening Intercessory Prayer Fellowship through our church conference phone line where everyone is welcome.

A Community Bible Study on Wednesdays at Noon & 7PM and Sundays 10:30AM, in-person or by Zoom, or by our church conference phone line where everyone is welcome.

A church Website and Social Media Ministry on YouTube and Facebook.

An annual free giveaway to the families at Angeles House a part of the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles.

An annual Summer event for children and adults, Vacation Bible School.

Our annual Scholarship support for High School graduates who complete our application requirements.

Mentoring and counseling support for pastors, ministers and other church Leaders and their families within the Body of Christ.

WHAT WE BELIEVE AT CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY CHURCH

The Bible is the Inerrant, Infallible, Inspired Word of God.  2nd Timothy 3:16&17.

GOD is FATHER, SON, And HOLY SPIRIT.  1st John 5:7.

The Deity Of Jesus Christ. 1st John 5:20.

Man is sinful and is in need of Salvation through Jesus Christ alone. Acts 4:12;    Titus 3:3-7.

Proclamation and Expository Teaching of the Scripture.  Isaiah 28:9&10.

We Believe that The Gospel points to the person of Jesus Christ, who He is and all that He has done and will do. Here are the five major points about the good news regarding Jesus Christ. ——His miraculous incarnation, conception and virgin birth. The Gospel Of John 1:14; Philippians 2:5-9. —-His sacrificial substitutional physical death upon the cross. 1st Corinthians 15:3; Hebrews 10:5-10; Isaiah 53:4&5. —-His temporary bodily burial to prove that He was truly dead. 1st Corinthians 15:4A; Isaiah 53:9; Matthew 27:57&58. —-His predicted miraculous bodily resurrection from the dead. 1st Corinthians 15:4B; Matthew 16:21; Revelation 1:17&18; Romans 10:9. —His Second Coming in Two Phases.   Phase 1 - 1st Thessalonians  4:16-18.      Phase 2 - Matthew 24:29-31; Matthew 25:31-46.

Discipleship of Believers.     Luke 14:26-33.

Eternal Judgement and Rewards.  The Gospel Of John 5:22-29.

The Lordship of Jesus Christ and the Spirit-filled Life.  Luke 6:46-49;  Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:16-25.

The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ in Two Phases.   Phase 1 - 1st Thessalonians  4:16-18.      Phase 2 - Matthew 24:29-31; Matthew 25:31-46.

The Church is the Universal Body of Christ.    Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:19-23.
